Gardening!

This last weekend was full of getting our gardens ready.  Well, let me be more specific...we are actually building our gardens.  :)  We are putting together four raised bed gardens.  I will have a nice area to plant my tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, squash, and many more things.

Hubby and his Dad and brother were working so hard on Saturday to get as much done as they could.  We have three beds full assembled and in place and one that we need to finish (we ran out of lumber and screws...go figure!  lol!).  Hubby still has to fill the last two beds with fresh dirt from the farm (thanks again to my father in law!) and some manure (again, it comes in very handy to know someone who has a farm!).

Here is what our progress looks like.

Our pile of dirt.

And here are my seedlings!  I am going to be transplanting them into their own little peet pots this week.  I was going to get it done this weekend but it just didn't happen...lol.

So this is the start to my garden!  :)  What do you think...other than it is time to water my seedlings...lol.  :)

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend!
